A Bit About Me

I am currently a Strategy and Business Management Lead at Lennar, helping to shape the technology organization of the nation's top home builder. My team sits within the Strategy & Planning organization of the Lennar Technology Group. Prior to this role, I worked in Investor Relations and Business Analytics at Locust Point Capital, a private debt fund. Before Locust Point, I served on the Investment Analysis and Research team at Sonder, building a world-class real estate underwriting machine, enabling data-driven growth into new and existing markets across North America. Pre-COVID, I sold residential real estate in New York City and earned my MBA at NYU Stern.

I have a strategic, analytical, and quantitative skill set, with experience in project management, forecasting, and optimization. Additionally, my sales, customer success, and internal consulting experiences help me to bring a well-rounded approach to my work. I like to use quantitative analysis to find creative solutions to complex problems and always keep scalability and resiliency in mind.

In my current position at Lennar, I am responsible for managing organization-wide initiatives, impacting both the Lennar Technology Group and the broader company. My biggest current priorities are driving location strategy, including space planning, resource forecasting, and office build-outs, and coordinating the technology group's early careers program. I also help with ad-hoc internal consulting initiatives and am a Dolphins Cancer Challenge team ambassador.

Before Lennar, I was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Analytics at Locust Point Capital, a private debt fund. I maintained company financial models, conducted economic and industry-specific research for investor presentations, and pursued thorough internal portfolio market analyses. My proficiency in building Tableau and Salesforce dashboards for monitoring investor-related KPIs helped me derive meaning from pure quantitative analysis.

For three years prior, I worked at Sonder Inc. on the Investment Analysis & Research team. I joined as an analyst and was charged with underwriting multifamily and hotel real estate assets in 11 different domestic markets. I also improved the performance and accuracy of our main underwriting model and revenue forecasting framework. While I was new to the hospitality space, I leveraged my real estate background, tech startup history, and coding experience to help forecast hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate assets, contribute to deal signings, and improve our team processes. I was soon promoted to the Associate level, where I began to oversee other analysts' forecasts, coordinate between multiple organizations at the company, and take more ownership of our underwriting and reporting models. I built essential automation tools to manage our models, databases, and reporting processes. Sonder went public in 2022, and I helped compile data points and reports before, during, and after the SPAC. Shortly after the firm was listed, I was promoted again to Manager of Investment Analysis and Research, where I took on more day-to-day oversight of the team. I helped with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring analysts on the team, put together new tools and processes for us to use, and helped represent "IA" in various company initiatives. My ability to increase the team’s underwriting efficiency and accuracy and Apps Script and SQL coding knowledge helped me establish my position as the “Google Sheets guy” at the company.

Prior to joining Sonder, I worked for four years as a Real Estate Salesperson at Halstead Property, which was acquired by Brown Harris Stevens. With my passion for following market trends, deep knowledge of New York City, and real estate assets, I sold over $30M of real estate with my partner, Wigder Frota. During this time, I took night classes at the New York University Stern School of Business. In 2020, I graduated from the Langone Program with a Master's of Business Administration specializing in finance and real estate.

Before entering real estate, I worked at several tech startups in NYC. I also attended NYU Stern for my undergraduate degree, majoring in both management and marketing and minoring in computer science and math.
